Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners,
that Fruit Growers Cooperative Corp. , property described as Tax
Map 56 A(1) , Parcel 01-65, and Tax Map 56 A(2) , Parcel 01-27,
zoned B-1, have made application for VA-79-51 requesting relief from
section 7-2 requiring 40,000 square feet per commercial or industrial
establishment or per dwelling unit, as the case may be, when served
by a central water and not a central sewer system.
A public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals
on August 28, 1979, at 2:00 p.m. , in the Board of Supervisors'
Meeting Room, Third Floor, County Office Building, Court Square,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
This application is made available for your review in the
Albemarle County Zoning Office, 414 East Market Street, Charlot-
tesville, Virginia.
