Dear Mr. Dillard:
This letter is to inform you that during the regular meeting of
the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals August 28, 1979, your
applications were granted as follows:
1. VA-79-52 - Relief from section 2-3 to allow House #5 to
be located 72.41 feet from the proposed right-of-way; a
variance of 2.59 feet.
2. VA-79-53 - Relief from section 2-3 to allow House #4 to
be located 30.63 from the proposed 50 foot right-of-way;
a variance of 44.67 feet.
3. VA-79-54 - Relief from section 2-3 to allow House #2 to
be located 36.38 feet from the proposed right-of-way;
a variance of 38.62 feet.
4. VA-79-55 - Relief from section 2-3 to allow House #1 to
be located 31.25 feet from the proposed 50 foot right-of-
way; a variance of 43.75. feet.
5. Va-79-56 - Relief from section 2-3 to allow House #3 to
be located 46.77 feet from the proposed 50 foot right-of-
way; a variance of 28.23 feet.

section 2-3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the
front setback for house #5 to be 72.41 feet from the proposed 50 ft.

(4) VA-79-55, L. I. Associates, property described as Tax Map 89,
Parcel 76B, zoned A-1, have made application requesting relief from
section 2-3 to allow the front setback for house #1 to be 31.25 feet
from the proposed 50 ft. right-of-way; a variance of 43.75 feet.
(5) VA-79-56, L. I. Associates, property described as Tax Map 89,
Parcel 76, zoned A-1, have made application requesting relief from
section 2-3 to allow the front setback for house #3 to be 46. 77 feet
from the proposed 50 ft. right-of-way; a variance of 28.23 feet.
