Dear Mr. Dillard:
This letter is to inform you that on August 28, 1979, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-79-52 was granted. This variance allows relief from
section 2-3 to allow the front setback for house #5 to be 72.41 feet
from the proposed 50 foot right-of-way; a variance of 2.59 feet. •
