This letter is to notify you, as adjoining property owners,
that the following variance applications have been filed:
(1) VA-79-52, L. I. Associates, property described as Tax Map 89,
Parcel 76, zoned A-1, have made application requesting relief from
section 2-3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow the
front setback for house #5 to be 72.41 feet from the proposed 50 ft.
right-of-way; a variance of 2.59 feet.
(2) VA-79-53, L. I. Associates, property described as Tax Map 89,
Parcel 76, zoned A-1, have made application requesting relief from
section 2-3 to allow the front setback for house #4 to be 30.63 feet
from the proposed 50 ft. right-of-way; a variance, of 44.37 feet.
(3) VA-79-54, L. I. Associates, property described as Tax Map 89,
Parcel 76C, zoned A-1, have made application requesting relief from
section 2-3 to allow the front setback for house #2 to be 36.38 feet
from the proposed 50 ft. right-of-way; a variance of 38.62 feet.
(4) VA-79-55, L. I. Associates, property described as Tax Map 89,
Parcel 76B, zoned A-1, have made application requesting relief from
section 2-3 to allow the front setback for house #1 to be 31.25 feet
from the proposed 50 ft. right-of-way; a variance of 43.75 feet.
(5) VA-79-56, L. I. Associates, property described as Tax Map 89,
Parcel 7E, zoned A-1, have made application requesting relief from
section 2-3 to allow the front setback for house #3 to be 46. 77 feet
from the prc used 50 ft. right-of-way; a variance of 28.23 feet.
