Dear Mrs. Amato:
I am writing on behalf of the Hite Property Partnership, which is
comprised of Ruby C. Hite and Emmett Hite, Sr. and their children, to confirm
that said partnership intends to purchase for the agreed upon sum of $29,000.00,
All that certain lot or parcel of land with improvements
fronting on St. George Avenue (State Route 1202) in the
Community of Crozet, Albemarle County, Virginia, containing
0.501 acres and designated as Parcel B on a plat of physical
survey prepared by R. 0. Snow and Associates , C. L. S. ,
dated January 22, 1979, revised August 16, 1979, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
This purchase is , of course, contingent upon approval by Albemarle County of
the proposed subdivision of Parcels A and B.
It is my understanding that W. G. Pickford represents the Sellers
in this transaction, and that a formal real estate purchase contract is
being prepared for execution by the partnership, which contract will state
more specifically the financing arrangement agreed upon by the parties to
this transaction.

to divide said parcel into two equal as possible parts and sell
in the following manner;

Dorothy H. Herman, Mrs. Joan H. Grissinger, Mr.
Raymond H. Hite, and Mr. Emmett Hite , Jr.
One part of parcel as vacant lot to the trustees
of the Crozet Baptist Church.
Plat of the aforementioned property is recorded in Albemarle
County Deed Book 152 , page 306.
Ownership of property to Grace R. Tilman is recorded in Jill
Book 20, page 194 . Ownership to Melvin L. Black, Martha B. Amato ,
and Sarah B . Pulley is recorded in Will Book 23,page 457 . Both
in the Clerk' s office of the Circuit Court of the City of Char-
lottesville , Virginia.
