IMHOFF Planner Mr. Frank Cox 108 Second Street Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: Trinity Presbyterian Church Revised Site Plan (TM 76, Parcel 17) Dear Mr. Cox, The Albemarle County Planning Commission, at its meeting on June 22, 1982, approved the above noted site plan subject to the following: 1. A certificate of occupancy can be issued when the following conditions have been met: a. Submit three (3) full copies of the revised site plan for Planning files; b. Fire Official approval of handicapped provisions and fire flow; c. Bond must be posted for all proposed improvements to include, but not limited to, ultimate paving, drainage devices and land- scaping; d. County Engineer approval of stormwater detention plan; e. County Engineer approval of walkway specifications. In order to expedite the completion of the above items, please have the appropriate agency or department notify Linda Thompson (296-5832) in the Inspections Department, in writing, that the applicable condition has been met. Please note that the Zoning Ordinance requires that construction be Frank Cox Page 2 commenced within eighteen (18) months of the date of approval or the approval will be void.
