RE: Phasing of Student Services M.C. Partnership Site Plan
Dear Mr. Pleasants:
This letter serves to state the conditions of approval for
phasing the above-noted site plan. You will find that this
simply restates those conditions agreed upon in the meeting
on May 28, 1986 with myself, you and Kathy Brittain.
A certificate of occupancy for phase I ( #3 building) will
not be issued until the following conditions have been met:
a. Submit $25 fee for staff review of this revision;
b. Fire official approval of fireflow.
c. Install or bond paving around this building;
d. County Engineer approval of stormwater detention for
this phase;
e. Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation
approval of all improvements required for phase I;
f. Phase I fencing installed or landscaping installed or
bonded;
g. No truck parking on-site.
Landscaping not bonded or installed with phase I must be
bonded or installed with phase II. Once trucks will be
parked on site, or the building with the apartment will be
occupied, parking other than in front of the renta'. storage
units, must be complete. It will probably be besta�- '
reevaluate phase II conditions at the time occupancy of
that phase is desired.

Re: Taylor ' s Auto Body Shop Revised Site Plan/Appeal
Dear Mr. Taylor :
My letter is to bring to your attention the condition of
the approved site plan.
I point out condition (f) of the site plan appeal reviewed
and approved by the County Board of Supervisors. You are current-
ly in violation of the Board's approved condition.
Your building on Brookway Road which is currently being
completed has two (2) doors located at the rear. One (1) was
required because of building/fire code regulations as relayed
to me by personnel of the Inspections Department . The other
door provides access to the paint spray booth. -
Contact the Planning Department immediately upon the
receipt of this letter to discuss the pursuit of a site plan
amendment , and/or relief from the condition (f) . '
Relief from condition (f) of the site plan appeal or site
plan amendment should be obtained prior to an occupancy permit
being issued for the building.
Please handle this matter expeditiously, so that occupancy
of your site will not be delayed.
