This letter is in response to the attached Letter of Revision Request dated April 24, 2019. The Department
of Community Development hereby grants approval of this LOR for the following modifications to
SOP1998-01, depicted on the modified site plan and described below:
1. Installation of 4' black metal fence (for purposes of a dog run)
2. Relocation of parking space No. 10 and loading space due to fence installation
3. Replace existing window with new door
4. Installation of concrete stoop, stairs and railings to new door
These changes are noted in the attached request and plan. Note the County has on file a previously
approved Letter of Revision associated with this site plan (via approval letter dated October 24, 2005).
However, as the changes proposed in this prior LOR were never put into effect, the County will consider
this most recent LOR as the first Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three LORs may be requested
after which any further changes to the plan will require submission in the form of a site plan amendment
application.

Francis:
This is a letter of revision to install a new fence and new door at 540 Greenfield Terrace.
Construction of the fence will require removing two parking spaces and relocating one parking
space and one loading space. Per the attached plans, the number of required spaces is still
provided after the reduction in spaces.
The door will be installed at the location of an existing window. A stoop and stairs will be
installed for access to grade. This will disturb an area of less than 25 sq. ft. that is in an existing
impervious area. No other areas will be disturbed.
