I received your electronic submission for the above-named project, for ARB review of the Initial Site Plan of Block 8A in Brookhill,the proposed Senior Living Facility.While the ARB members are happy to have electronic submittals,staff still requires two(2)hardcopies for review and for our file. Please send me two hardcopies of the site plan at your earliest convenience (you may direct them straight to me). In addition,while the ARB does not provide a submission materials checklist.for Initial Site Plans, it may be beneficial for you to review parts of the Preliminary Review of a Site Development Plan Submittal Requirements Checklist. For instance, although architectural drawings and renderings are not required with an Initial Site Plan submittal, site sections and photographs of the site can provide further information for review. I would encourage you to submit any additional review materials you may have,or be prepared to bring them to your slated ARB meeting on March 18, 2019.
