The Owners currently have an application approved to stockpile inert material (primarily concrete, masonry, and asphalt debris)on parcels 22C3, 70, and 71. These parcels do not lie within the Route 29 entrance corridor; however, the stockpile has mistakenly been expanded onto parcel 72, which does lie within the Route 29 entrance corridor. The Owners/Applicants wish to continue this use on parcel 72 and they wish to process the materials on-site for re-use. Proposed screening and site sections are provided in the Initial Site Development Plan submittal.
