While I am happy to start looking over your sign request in the interim, I cannot fully review it or issue a CoA until the application with payment has been received and has been assigned a new ARB number. If this goal is achievable by Wednesday, I will endeavor to meet it, but you should advise your client that it may not be. A new ARB application will need to be made, with the appropriate fee remitted. Please discuss with the intake staff whether the previous ARB 2 Nitswe number assigned to this case can be reopened (since I closed the file) or whether a new number will need to be assigned. If you want to add a sign to the side of the building,there will be additional fees. You will need to contact intake to amend your current application. Heather McMahon will also need to do a site visit to determine whether the side sign will be visible from the entrance corridor. If the sign is visible, she will contact you directly about resubmitting to the ARB. From the zoning perspective, I did double check sign size with the added side sign, and you are still within the allowable 90 square feet. I would wait to contact intake until after we hear from Heather on how to proceed. Please discuss with the intake staff whether the previous ARB number assigned to this case can be reopened (since I closed the file)or whether a new number will need to be assigned.
