The table and drawings have been modified to address the following conditions: 1. The table has been updated to show that"Sign types shall be limited to individual letters, panels, cabinets and traditional awning signs. When individual letter signs and panel signs are used together,the individual letter sign shall read visually as the primary sign." 2. Both the CSP and drawings have been revised to show that sign bands are to provide a minimum of 12"of clear space between the edge of the signs band and the sides of awnings,the gutter at the top of the building, and all window and door openings to establish a more unified and less cluttered appearance. 3. Dimensions have been added to clarify the size and location of the proposed sign bands. 4. The CSP "Size Limitation" text has been revised to read, "According to Zoning Ordinance and Entrance Corridor Design Guidelines." 5. The CSP Color information has been updated to limit colors to red, white, blue and black. Red and blue shall match shades already used in signs on building. 6. The CSP has been revised to read, "Panel and cabinet face colors shall be limited to white or black. Panel and cabinet text colors shall be red,white, blue or black. Red and blue shall match shades already used in signs on the building. 7. The CSP has been revised to read, "Graphic colors shall be limited to red and blue shades already used in signs on the building, and black and white." 8. The CSP has been revised to read, "Illumination shall be limited to internal illuminate of individual channel letters and cabinet signs, and external or no illumination of secondary panel signs. Only text shall illuminate in cabinet signs." 9. The CSP has been revised to read, "Awning signs shall not be illuminated." 10. The CSP has been revised to read, "Graphics shall not be internally illuminated." Please note that I have also submitted the following items: 2165 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22901 I Ph 434 974 7900 I Fx, 434 974 6898 I HTSVA.com -A revised illustration of the City Electric Supply wall sign that meets the approved Comprehensive Sign Criteria. Dimensions have been provided of the sign drawing defining the distance from the sign to nearby architectural elements. (4)Sets of drawings have been provided. - A revised illustration of the Cville Class Cars wall sign that meets the approved Comprehensive Sign Criteria. Dimensions have been provided of the sign drawing defining the distance from the sign to nearby architectural elements. (4)Sets of drawings have been provided. -A sign permit application for Roberts Home Medical that is consistent with all approved Comprehensive Sign Criteria. I have included dimensions defining the distance from the sign to nearby architectural elements. -A sign permit application for Builders First Source that is consistent with all approved Comprehensive Sign Criteria. I have included dimensions defining the distance from the sign to nearby architectural elements. - I have noted on the CSP table that the freestanding sign letter and graphic colors shall be limited to Pantone 280 blue, Pantone 301 blue, Pantone 186 red, Pantone 200 red, black and white.
