Below are comments from our lighting consultant to help address concerns regarding light being emitted "above the
horizontal plane" at the canopy. Please let me know if this is sufficient.

Red Leonard's response to the light emittance concerns on the ARB's behalf at our Fuel Canopy:
I'm sure the "horizontal plane" they are referring to is a plane that is even with the canopy deck.
They want to ensure that there is no light being emitted above that.
We are using CAN-304-SL-RD-04-E-UL-WH-700-57K under the canopy.
That fixture has an up -light rating =0. This should be confirmation enough.
However, I've included an AGI report for the fixture we used on the layout (see attached).
This indicates the BUG rating, along with graphs and more information should they need it.
