Scott/Jeremy,
Please see attached. The glass manufacture that supplies Plygem refers to this
characteristic as VTR instead of VLR. All glass packages offered in the 1500 Series
window that SMH uses conform to a reflectance % under 30. Please let me know
if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Brian Morris

Hi Jon,
Sorry for the delay on this one, as this is a question that doesn't get asked, but your patience is
appreciated.VLR is something that is not tested or reported in any of our simulations or test data. The
only thing we can provide you is the literature from Guardian's website on the 7036 LowE(the LowE
from the order). They give a VTR percentage in the attached information sheet. Looking at the sheet,
their numbers fall under the 30% requirement that was mentioned in the email chain below.
Thanks,
George

1) I will bring samples to the meeting.
2) Our VLT is OK. It is at .54. I will check on the VLR, that is a much less common spec and I don't know the answer
off the top of my head.

Jeremy,
Two questions on the Avinity amendment:
1. Can you bring samples of the Pearl gray, gray slate, and rich espresso Hardi colors to the ARB meeting?
2. Can you confirm that the window glass meets the following criteria: Visible light transmittance (VLT)shall not
drop below 40%. Visible light reflectance(VLR)shall not exceed 30%.
Thanks for your help.

Sorry for the additional message, but I would also like you guys to consider the fact that lots 23-26 are not visible from
Avon. I do believe you will see 19-22 from,a certain angle.
