To assist with this, I'm attaching the floor plan of the shopping center. The space is 573413, to the right of Dollar General (labeled "Here We Go Again," a former tenant) and as you can see, the square footage is 1,048 square feet. The space consists of a main display area, a stock/prep room and a bathroom. We do not have a separate drawing for this space and it is my understanding that no renovations are planned, other than cosmetic changes and fixtures.
