My apologies; please find that letter attached here. However,you will also find a second letter attached to this email which negates the first in some ways; rather than asking you to submit a revised site plan set for further review of the Initial SDP,the second letter asks you to take the ARB's comments from the January 8th meeting with the comments made at the January 16th meeting and apply them to the Final SDP.After conferring with my colleague,Tim Padalino,who is the lead planner on SDP2017-66, I have come to understand that you did not submit revisions for the SDP on 1/29/18 when we,ARB staff, received revisions dated 1/22/18.Tim is ready to provide comments and approve your site plan set(dated in November 2017)for the initial SDP, which would make the ARB's review of a revised initial SDP in March moot.Therefore,we ask that you withdraw your revised (dated 1/22/18) initial SDP for the March 5, 2018 ARB meeting(if you agree, please provide your request to withdraw in writing—email will suffice) and to submit the revised drawings that address the ARB's January 8th and 16th meeting comments with all the materials required (architectural elevations, lighting plan, etc.)for a final SDP review. I intend to follow up this email with a telephone call in case you have questions about the process staff is proposing. We are working with Megan to probably withdraw the current preliminary plat and resubmit a new preliminary plat next week because the client is changing some of the layout design to accommodate a different builder design. This will affect what is shown on the plans and what will be seen from the Entrance corridor. I would like to postpone this Preliminary ARB meeting and schedule a new preliminary ARB meeting for the new preliminary plan that will be submitted next Monday. I will certainly look at some of these comments to help create a submission that has more information that will assist the ARB in the review of the new plan. Thanks Heather.
