To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to inform you that on November 13, 1979, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
your application for VA-79-62 was granted. This variance allows an
additional wall sign of 21 square feet. The Holiday Inn sign measures
198 square feet, therefore, the total sign area is 219 square feet;
a variance of 19 feet.
