Dear Mr. Thropp:
This letter is to inform you that on October 9, 1979, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
your application for VA-79-63 was approved. This variance granted
relief from section 2-3 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
to allow 2 units of tenant housing to be located 55 feet from the
right-of-way. These units are to be specifically for agricultural 1I
employees.

right-of-way; a variance of 55 feet. These units are to be speci- @
