INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENT OR PER DWELLING UNIT, AS THE CASE MAY BE,
WHEN SERVED BY A CENTRAL WATER AND NOT A CENTRAL SEWER SYSTEM.
ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS
THERE SHALL BE NO MINIMUM AREA REQUIREMENTS FOR PERMITTED USES, EXCEPT
AS HEREIN OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, IN THE CASE OF ANY PARCEL
SERVED BY EITHER A CENTRAL SEWER SYSTEM OR A CENTRAL WATER SUPPLY,
THERE SHALL BE PROVIDED A MINIMUM AREA OF FORTY THOUSAND (40,000)
SQUARE FEET PER COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENT OR PER DWELL-
ING UNIT, AS THE CASE MAY BE.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN PROVE A DEMONSTRABLE HARDSHIP, STAFF MUST
