Dear Messrs. McClure: { -
This letter is to inform you that on October 9, 1979, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-79-68 requesting relief from sections 2-5-1 and
2-6-2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance was granted. This vari-
ance allows the east property side to be 9 feet (a variance of 16 feet) ;
and the west property side fronting on Rte. 711 to be 26 feet (a variance
of 4 feet. )
