Dear Mr. Cantor:
This letter is to inform you that on November 13, 1979, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
your application for VA-79-79 was granted to allow a horse barn to

be located 66 feet from the property line; a variance of 9 feet.
The following conditions were applied.
1. If the shed is destroyed, it cannot be replaced.
2. The shed cannot be added to or moved unless it is
moved to comply with the Ordinance.
