This letter is to inform you that on November 13, 1979, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
your application for VA-79-72 was granted. This variance allows
relief from section 3-4 and 3-3-2 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance. The front setback is 27.8 feet; a variance of 22.2 feet
and the side setback is 18.7 feet; a variance of 1.3 feet.
