RE: FILE # VA 79-80
TO: BOARD OF ZONING
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
We the undersigned property owners of Sunrise Acres (Crozet) do not
feel that Mr. M. B. Norford (Parcel 33) should be relieved from
Section 5-2-2 of the Zoning Ordiance for use by right of a two family
dwelling. Listed are some reasons why we feel this should not be
allowed:
A. Parcel 33 is not adequate to accommodate a two family
dwelling since public sewageis not available
B. Past experiences with rentals have notbeensatisfactory
C. Parcel 33 (size 100' x 200' ) with house (size 45' x 32' )
does not allow substantialliving space for two families
D. There are no other two family (2 units) dwelling in the subdivision
E. No property owner should be allowed permission to take action
detrimental to the value of adjacent properties
