Dear Mr. Morris,
This letter is to inform you that on January 8, 1980, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals
our application for VA-79-83 was granted subject to the following
condition:
1 . The facility must be inhabited 75% by people over
62 years of age.
This variance allows relief from section 18-3-2 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a multi-family dwelling for the
elderly to have 3/4 parking space per unit; a variance of 2 space.
