Box 7218 Richmond, VA 23221 • Re: Board of Zoning Appeals Action for VA-79-83 on January 8, 1980 Dear Mr. Tate: This is in reference to our conversation of January 20, 1981, con- cerning the above matter. On January 8, 1980, the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals approved application VA-79-83 subject to the following condition: : 1. The facility must be inhabited by 75 percent of people over 62 years of age. This variance allowed relief from section 18-3-2 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a multi-family dwelling for the ederly to have 3/4 parking space per unit; a variance of 1/2 space. This variance is still in effect, as long as you comply with the conditions as set forth by the Board of Zoning Appeals. Should you have any questions, please contact me at this office.
