[14-302(A)(10)] Development rights. The development rights associated with TMP 57-72F2 must be distributed based on their current location. TMP 57-72F2 was determined to be four parcels. The development rights associated with the portion of TMP 57-72F2 that was adjacent to TMP's 57-72D, E and C need to be distributed to those parcels. They cannot be moved south to the remainder of TMP 57-72F2. Please see map below: F} M 57.i2C I/ Therefore, those development rights associated with the areas of TMP 57-72F2 shown above must be allocated to the appropriate areas of revised TMP's 57-72D, E, and C as applicable.
