Subject: SUB201900054 — Thatch — Boundary Line Adjustment
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by
the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] If
no action is taken within 6 months of receiving these review comments, the application will be deemed
withdrawn.
1. [14-302(A)(10)] Development rights. The development rights associated with TMP 57-72F2 must
be distributed based on their current location. TMP 57-72F2 was determined to be four parcels.
The development rights associated with the portion of TMP 57-72F2 that was adjacent to TMP's
57-72D, E and C need to be distributed to those parcels. They cannot be moved south to the
remainder of TMP 57-72F2. Please see map below:

Therefore, those development rights associated with the areas of TMP 57-72F2 shown above must be
allocated to the appropriate areas of revised TMP's 57-72D, E, and C as applicable.
