This letter is to inform you that on March 11 , 1980, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals ,
your application for VA-80-05 was approved.
This variance allows relief from section 4-5-1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to permit a double car garage to be constructed
7 feet from the side property line; a variance of 3 feet.
