Dear Mr. Dulaney:
This letter is to inform you that on March 11 , 1980, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals , your
application for VA-80-06 was granted subject to the following conditions :
1 . The entrance from Greenbrier Drive must be completed
within 6 months.
2. The total area of free-standing signs must not exceed
100 square feet.
This variance allows a free-standing sign to be located 10 feet
from the right-of-way of Route 29 North; a variance of 20 feet and
25 feet from Greenbrier Drive; a variance of 5 feet.
