Re: Board of Zoning Appeals' Action - VA-80-07
Dear Mr. Ferguson:
This letter is to inform you that on March 25, 1980, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-80-07 was granted.
This approval allows relief from section 15A-5-5 tcc,.pllow an
identification sign to be 12 square feet; a variance of,. '" feet and
relief from section 6-3-1 to allow a free-standing sign to be located
11 feet. from the right-of-way; a variance of 19 feet.
The setback request was granted subject to an annual review by
the Zoning Administrator with respect to the widening of Rio Road.
