the Clerk' s Office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle
County, Deed Book 125, Page 385 and being the same
property conveyed to the Grantors by deed of William
C. Clontz and Dorryce Clontz, husband and wife, dated
April 2 , 1970 of record in said Clerk' s Office in Deed

The property hereby conveyed is subject to a VEPCO ease-
