Laura Moss 1 Tax Map: 090 Parcel: 35A Zoned: A-1 Existing Activity Vacant Land Proposed Variance The applicant requests relief from section 2-3, of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a mobile home to be located 42 feet from the front property line; a variance of 33 feet. Zoning Ordinance Requirement All structures shall be located a minimum of seventy-five (75) feet from any street, road, or access easement. Staff Recommendations Due to the depth of the lot the only way the mobile home could be placed on the lot is parallel to the access road that runs through the property. The mobile home could not be placed perpendicular to the access road. This lot is a non-conforming lot and is a buildable lot.
