A 6'-HIGH, PVC FENCE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED ALONG 1HF SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST _MI'S OF THE PROPERTY TO PROVIDE YEAR-ROUND SCREENING OF THE SUBJECT SITE FROM ADJACENT SFD RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. 2.
