Attachments: comment letter.pdf Anne, I have reviewed your application for the Mountainside renovations. One item requires attention. Window glass must meet the following criteria: Visible light transmittance (VLT)shall not drop below 40%. Visible light reflectance (VLR) shall not exceed 30%. Please confirm(preferably with glass specs)that the proposed curtain wall glass will meet this requirement. A formal comment letter requesting this revision is attached, and a hard copy is going out in today's mail. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks. Dear Margaret, Thank you for your help on Thursday. As I am putting this information together I do have a few questions! 1. Do you need 8 copies of everything? 2. I will provide written description on the application itself. 3. Do I just note "No Changes" on the Site Plan Section, Landscape Section and Lighting Section? 4. I will submit the elevation and note that all finishes match existing. 5. Under the additional material section, do I need to submit the colored, labeled, 8-1/2" x 11" photos? It was nice meeting you today. Here is the link to the ARB application that we discussed and here is the link to the checklist of submittal requirements. On the application, in Part B, check the box for"Building permits where the change is 50%or less of the altered elevation". On the checklist, if items don't apply to your proposal (for example, if you are proposing no lighting changes),just write in"no changes proposed". If you have questions as you are putting your submittal together,feel free to contact me.
