Dear Mr. Pace:
This letter is to inform you that on September 9, 1980, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
your actilication for VA-80-40 was granted with the condition that
the carport can not be enclosed in the future.
This variance allows relief from section 3-4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a carport to be located 31 feet
from the property line; a variance of 19 feet.
