A letter was sent to you on November 13, 1980, stating that this application would be deferred until the next meeting which was December 9, 1981 . Again, no one was present at the meeting to represent the application. At this meeting the Board denied your request for the variance. A letter was sent to you stating that you had 30 days after the date of the decision to appeal this case the the Circuit Court. You did not appeal this decision. This shed is located too close to the right-of-way of Route 691 , and is in violation of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance This shed is located only fifty four (54) feet from the -right-of-way of Route 691 . This parcel is zoned A-1 and the setback in an A-1 zone is seventy five (75) feet from any street, road or access easement. telephoned your home several times and left word with your wife and daughter for you to return my calls. You must apply for a variance by August 25, 1980, in order for this variance application to be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals at the meeting to be held September 9, 1980.
