Dear Mr. Chiles:
You applied for a variance on September 29, 1980, for a setback
variance for a shed.
This application was brought before the Board of Zoning Appeals
on November 11 , 1981 but was deferred because no one was present to
represent the application. A letter was sent to you on November 13,
1980, stating that this application would be deferred until the next
meeting which was December 9, 1981 .
Again, no one was present at the meeting to represent the application.
At this meeting the Board denied your request for the variance.
A letter was sent to you stating that you had 30 days after the
date of the decision to appeal this case the the Circuit Court. You
did not appeal this decision.
You have ten days from the date of the receipt of this letter to
move this shed back to meet the 75 foot setback requirement or I will
proceed with the necessary legal remedies.

Dear Mr. Chiles:
This letter is in reference to the shed that you have erected
at the above site. This shed is located too close to the right-of-way
of Route 691 , and is in violation of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance
This shed is located only fifty four (54) feet from the -right-of-way of
Route 691 . This parcel is zoned A-1 and the setback in an A-1 zone is
seventy five (75) feet from any street, road or access easement.

variance, then the shed must be moved back seventy-five (75) feet from
the right-of-way of route 691 .

Dear Mr. Chiles,
This letter is in reference to my letter of August 12, 1980,
concerning the above matter. As I stated in my letter, this shed
is too close to the right-of-way of Route 691 . An A-1 zone requires
that a structure must be located seventy-five (75) feet from any
street, road or access easement. Your shed is located only fifty-
four (54) feet from the right-of-way of Route 691 .
This shed must be moved back the proper distance from the right-
of-way or an application filed for variance within ten days of receipt
of this letter or I will proceed with the necessary legal proceedings.
