Dear Mr. Pillow:
This letter is to inform you that on November 11 , 1980, during
the regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals,
your application for VA-80-52 requesting a variance of 3 feet from
section 2-3 of the ordinance was granted with the following condition;
1 . The power line must be moved so that it does
not extend over any portion of the house.
After the above condition has been satisfied, the variance is
approved allowing a single family dwelling to be located 72 feet from
the property line; a variance of 3 feet.
