Zoning Ordinance to allow a dwelling to be located 40 feet from the
right-of-way of Rt. 787; a variance of 35 feet.
Zoning Ordinance Requirement
All structures, as herein specifically defined, shall be located a minimum
of seventy-five (75) feet from any street, road, or access easement.
Staff Recommendations
By locating the structure any further back from the right-of-way it would
cause drainage problems. Also, it would not be practical to build a
structure any further back from the right-of-way due to the steep topography
of the terrain. Therefore, the staff recommends approval.
