II Zoning Ordinance Requirement All structures, except signs advertising sale or rent of the property, shall be located thirty(30) feet or more from any street right-of-way. Staff Recommendations In order to have the proper turning radius for automobiles, the turnaround would be located too close to the right-of-way and therefore needing a variance for the existing structure.
