This request was to allow relief from section 10.4 of the County Zoning Ordinance to allow a free-standing sign to be located 22 feet from the side property line; a variance of 3 feet and 2 feet from the front property line; a variance of 73 feet. This approval was subject to the following conditions: 1. The sign runs only with the present special use permit. 2. The sign must not exceed 10 square feet in size.
