Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance, as follows:
The appFicant requests relief from section 10 . 4 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single family dwelling to be
located 30 feet from the front property line ; a variance of
45 feet . Also , relief from section 10 . 4 to allow a dwelling to
be 10 feet from the side property line ; a variance of 15 feet ,
