RE: Board of Zoning Appeals Action VA-81-10
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that on March 10, 1981, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA-81-10 was granted with the condition that the sign
be removed in six months.
This variance allows relief from section 19.9.1 of the Albemarle
County Zoning Ordinance to allow a subdivision sign to be located 15
feet from the property line; a variance of 15 feet.
