Zoning Ordinance Requirements
Pursuant to Section 10 . 4 , all structures shall be located
twenty-five (25 ) feet from the side property line .
Staff Recommendations
The addition to this single-family dwelling could not be
built onto the rear of the dwelling because of the location
of the septic tank and drainfield . The addition could not
be built on the west end of the dwelling because of the
location of the driveway . On the east end of the dwelling
is the only location that the addition could be built .
Based on these conditions , the staff recommends approval .
