Zoning Ordinance Requirement
Pursuant to section 4 . 1 . 2 , for a parcel served by
either a central water supply or a central sewer
system , there shall be provided a minimum area of
40 , 000 square feet per commercial or industrial
establishment or per dwelling unit as the case
may be .

Dear Sirs :
After consultation with Mr. Glenn E. Branham and following
soil studies , there appears to be suitable soil and adequate area
to install drainfield for a four-bedroom duplex as diagramed to me
by Mr. Branham. A septic tank permit can be issued following his
obtaining any variances which may be needed to construct the
proposed dwelling.
