Approval of these variances will allow a townhouse on lot 1, Block F, Birnan Woods, to be 9.40 feet from the side property line; a townhouse on lot 4 to be 19.99 feet from the rear property line and 9.78 feet j from the front property line; a townhouse on lot 3 to be 19.99 feet from the rear property line and 9.78 feet from the front property line and a townhouse on lot 6 to be 9.74 feet from the side property line.
