The variance allows relief from section 10.4 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-family dwelling to be located 30 feet from the front property line on lot 6 and Lot 11, Squirrel Ridge Subdivision. This variance also allows the dwelling on lot 11 to be located 15 feet from the side property line. The variance only applies to one side. If you should have any questions, please contact our office.
