The Entry Pavilion project will replace the existing maintenance prone single elevator and exterior flanking stairs that connect the main terminal building to the existing long term parking lot. The Entry Pavilion will be a 2-story enclosed structure and includes 2 elevators, a set of escalators, and a stair case. The exterior finish materials will match the finish of the main terminal building with a combination of brick,white metal siding, and glass windows. Existing parking lot overhead lighting will remain, with 3 of the existing poles requiring slight adjustment. Impacts to the parking lot will include the reduction of approximately 20 parking spaces. Part D: Applicant Agreement Applicant must read and sign • Each application package must contain(8)folded copies of all plans and documents being submitted. Only (1) set of building material samples is required. All submittal items, including building material samples, become the property of Albemarle County.
