To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to inform you that on March 17, 1981, during the
regular meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, you
were granted relief from section 17.3 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance.
Approval of these variances will allow a townhouse on lot 1, Block F,
Birnan Woods, to be 9.40 feet from the side property line; a townhouse
on lot 4 to be 19.99 feet from the rear property line and 9.78 feet
from the front property line; a townhouse on lot 3 to be 19.99 feet
from the rear property line and 9.78 feet from the front property line
and a townhouse on lot 6 to be 9.74 feet from the side property line.
The Board accepted a motion to grant the variance as platted by Thomas
B. Lincoln dated February 10, 1981.
