Zoning Ordinance Requirement Pursuant to section 21 . 7. 1 , adjacent to public streets: No portion of any structure except signs advertising sale or rent of the property shall be erected closer than thirty(30) feet to any public street right-of-way. Staff Recommendations If the sign was to be installed any further back from the right-of-way, it would not be visible when traveling north in the subdivision. The sign is a rather small sign of 10 square feet. The staff recommends approval with the following condition: 1 .
