Zoning Ordinance Requirement Pursuant to section 10.4 all structures shall be located seventy- five (75) feet from the front property line. Staff Recommendation If this sign was to be set any further back from the right-of-way it would not be visible from the road. The proposed sign is 20 square feet, which is much smaller than the maximum allowable signage of 100 square feet.
