Dear Mr. & Mrs. Kurtz:
This letter is to advise you that on July 14, 1981, during the regular
meeting of the Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your application
for VA-81-38 was granted with the following conditions:
1. The y..lare house be located at approximate location shown on plat
that was submitted.
2. Maintain trees along Route 250 West that now exist.
This variance will allow a structure to be located 62 feet from the right-
of-way of Rt. 692; a variance of 13 feet. Also, this variance will allow
a structure to be located 7,0 feet from the right-of-way of Rt. 250, a
scenic highway, a variance of 80 feet.
